Scope and operator

ACE Consultants operates acepolicyaction.com and is responsible for the information practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to visits to the website, brief inquiries submitted through the contact form, and information you choose to send to ACE by email.

The newsletter form remains a local demonstration and does not transmit form entries. Consultation booking can store a review hold when that endpoint is enabled; it does not create a Google Calendar event or Meet link until that integration is approved.

Information ACE receives

If you submit the brief inquiry form, ACE receives your name, work email address, and the high-level message you enter. ACE stores that inquiry in order to respond and evaluate whether a conversation may be appropriate.

If you contact ACE by email, ACE receives the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organization, professional role, message, and any information included in attachments or later correspondence.

The website host may automatically create limited technical and security logs, such as an Internet Protocol address, request date and time, requested page, referring page, browser or device information, response status, and events used to detect misuse or maintain service reliability.

Information you should not send

Do not send confidential, legally privileged, export-controlled, highly sensitive, or patient-identifying information through the website or an introductory email. Contacting ACE does not create a consulting, fiduciary, legal, or attorney-client relationship, and an initial message should remain high level.

How information is used

ACE may use information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a conversation or engagement may be appropriate, communicate with you, maintain business records, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

ACE does not use information received through this website to make automated decisions about you and does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or analytics profiles. Basic network and hosting technologies may still process request information needed to deliver and protect the site. If analytics, preference cookies, or other nonessential technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.

When information may be shared

ACE may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, email, professional advice, or business administration, but only as reasonably necessary for those services and subject to appropriate obligations. ACE may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a proposed or completed business reorganization where permitted by law.

ACE does not publish the contents of an inquiry, disclose it for another company's independent marketing, or sell a contact list created through this website.

Retention

ACE retains brief-inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, usually no longer than 90 days for an unqualified inquiry, then deletes or de-identifies them unless a longer legal or security need applies. Other correspondence and related business records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were received, legitimate business administration, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to operational and provider settings and are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed.

Security

ACE uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the current website. No Internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use a safer agreed channel before sharing information that requires heightened protection.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to email ACE or provide optional information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information associated with you. ACE may need to verify a request and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

To make a privacy request or withdraw from nonessential communications, email amyefantis@acepolicyaction.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” ACE will not discriminate against you for making a good-faith privacy request.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for professional and business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. ACE does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact ACE so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

External services and links

The website may link to third-party websites or open your chosen email application. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ACE is not responsible for a third party's content or information practices, and you should review the applicable notice before providing information to that service.

Changes and contact

ACE may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, services, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date will be revised when a material update is posted. Questions or requests may be sent to amyefantis@acepolicyaction.com.
